Rental Schedule
Details of Hall rental:
1: The hall is approximately 42’by 42’ and holds a maximum of 110 people.
2: Tables: 17 tables (8’ by 30”) and 110 chairs are provided.
3: Full Kitchen with 2 stoves and cooler ( no dishes or pots or pans are provided).
4: Covered deck 20’ by 30’ off of back door.
5: Catering available.
6: A damage deposit of $300 plus $200 booking fee which is deducted from rental cost.
7: For weddings only we offer the half day before and after for setup and tear-down
(no garbage facility; the renter is responsible for what they bring in, and thus must remove garbage).
8: If cleanup is not done, there will be a $50 per hour charge and will be deducted from the damage deposit.
